Refund Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your service must be not fully delivery yet

non-returnable items:

  • Instant delivery services

To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your refund request has been received by our team, we’ll study the request internally to evaluate the cause behind it.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If we found that the reason behind the refund isn’t enough, we don’t guarantee any full or partial refund.
